Awards-North American Car and Truck of the Year 2012

The three finalists for each category for the NACTOY have already been selected, from these the winner will be selected by the Judges and the result will be shown at the Detroit auto show on January 9th. The three fianlists for each category are

Awards- 2012 MotorTrend Truck of the Year

This year Motor Trend awarded the Ford F-150 as the best truck of the year, i certainly agree as a friend of mine has one and it is great! Here I leave the video from MotorTrend.com explaining the decision and more.

Events- 17th Annual Vintage Weekend

"Each year on the first weekend in December, Ocean Reef Club hosts Vintage Weekend, a four-day celebration of antique and classic planes, automobiles and yachts." 
Last week a great celebration took place at Key Lago, here vintage car owners and fanatics got together to show off their precious cars, although it is "just for fun" the public votes for prizes like "Best in Show", "Best in class (post and pre WWII)", "Best sport touring" and others. Among others, cars like the 1930 Stutz coupe (Photo from autoweek.com by Mark Elias) and the 1909 Rolls Royce Silver Ghost (Photo from autoweek.com by Mark Elias) must have stunned the public.
